10/29/21 - We're currently investigating an issue where our import system is sometimes taking longer than normal to process. Typically, data is processed in under a minute from the time you upload data to us. When the issue occurs, it will sometimes take a few hours for it to process. There's nothing you're doing wrong and nothing that you can do to increase the processing time. We've prioritized this issue and are closely monitoring the problem seven days a week. We hope to have it back to a normal speed as quickly as possible.
11/2/21 10:43am CST - We continue to investigate the issue.
11/5/21 12:00pm CST - We have made improvements and believe this is no longer an issue. Once we are confident that the issue no longer exists, we will mark this issue as resolved.
11/11/21 10:40am CST - This issue has been resolved. Data is processing within the normal time frame.
