7/6: We're currently experiencing an issue where Chameleon data is not properly syncing to Petfinder. We believe this is an issue on our end. There's nothing you need to do for this to be corrected while we work on the issue.
Once it's fixed, your Petfinder account should update as it normally does, which is within a few minutes of us receiving your Chameleon data.
If you have an urgent issue where you need unavailable pets to be removed from your Petfinder account right now, you can remove them at https://pro.petfinder.com/ in the mean time.
7/7: Chameleon data is current on Petfinder as of 7/7/2021 5:06pm EDT. While the issue is not yet fully resolved, we're still working to ensure that this flow of data continues properly.
7/08 1:34pm EDT: Chameleon data processed already for multiple chameleon groups.
7/09 9:35am EDT: This issue has been resolved.
