Log from the Petfinder Pro homepage. You can do this by clicking the "Log In" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Clicking this button allows you to log in to your account. From here, you can manage your personal account information as well as your shelter or rescue group's Petfinder Pro Dashboard. If you are having trouble logging in you can reset your password here.
Note: Logging in with a shared Shelter ID is no longer supported. For the security of your account, we ask that each person accessing an organization’s account log in using their email address and password.
If you don't already have access to a shelter or rescue group's account, register for a My Pro account - All you need is a valid email! Just click “Log In”, then “create an account". If you're new to a shelter or rescue group, please contact the organization to be added as a contact in their account. When you've been added as a contact, you will receive an invitation email. Once you’ve received the Petfinder Pro Dashboard invitation email from your shelter or rescue group, just visit the Petfinder Pro homepage and sign in.
Log in. If you have access to a single shelter or rescue group, you will now see their Pro Dashboard.
If you have not automatically entered a Petfinder Pro Dashboard and have access to more than one shelter or rescue group account, you can choose which one you’d like to view. You can also access this option from your My Pro menu on the top right.
When you are connected (or have access) to more than one shelter or rescue group, you can switch between their Petfinder Pro Dashboards using the My Pro menu.
Click to open the My Pro menu on the top right.
Click on a “Switch Organization” and you will be able to select a different shelter or rescue group's dashboard.

CAN’T CONNECT TO A DASHBOARD?
To gain access to a shelter or rescue group's Petfinder Pro Dashboard, your email address must be entered the same in both your My Pro account and in the shelter or rescue group's Dashboard.
If you have trouble, contact the shelter or rescue group to confirm the email address that they entered for you.
